Plot sizes are approximately 1380 - 1624 m2, with each site enjoying at least one perimeter onto open land. Plot, plan and build options are all available with a minimum build sizes of 270m2.

Architectural design review and approval is performed by the Royalston Design Review Committee, to ensure that all homes are designed within the guidelines of the estate.
